Attollo

What We Do

Private Equity

Strategic majority and minority investments and management-led buyouts, where our own capital, relationships, and operating experience compound value over time.

Attollo Capital is a direct investor, not a passive allocator. We commit our own capital to the opportunities we pursue and stand alongside the partners who invest with us, which keeps our interests firmly aligned.

We invest at scale in established businesses with real revenues and in substantial assets. We do not pursue early stage ventures or small transactions. Our focus is on select situations requiring roughly $25M to $500M of private equity capital, where patient, well informed capital can create lasting value.

Sectors and focus

We invest across sectors we understand deeply, including energy, technology, real estate, healthcare, media, industrial, and financial services, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Our focus is on select investments requiring $25M to $500M of private equity capital, where we can take a meaningful position and influence outcomes.

Sourcing and deal flow

Our strength lies in sourcing and creating deal flow, founded on a broad base of relationships with senior executives at major institutions and access to diverse pools of capital.

Current market conditions also create unique possibilities, including opportunities to acquire attractive assets from banks, both distressed and those requiring excess Basel capital relief, and companies with sound fundamentals that are in temporary distress.

An aligned, principal approach

We are a numbers driven business. Financial modeling and the assessment of expected returns are led by the most senior members of our team, and every position is sized so that no single outcome can impair the wider portfolio.

Commitments are made as direct investments into specific opportunities or on a draw down basis, giving us the agility to move quickly and the discipline to wait for the right situation.
