Do you invest in startups or early stage companies?
No. We do not invest in startups. Our focus is on established, large businesses with real revenues and proven operations. We are not a venture investor.
What size of business or asset do you consider?
We invest at scale. We acquire large, substantial assets and businesses, and we do not pursue small transactions. As a guide, our private equity focus sits in the range of roughly $25M to $500M of capital per situation.
What types of opportunities are you looking for?
Strategic majority and minority positions, management led buyouts, and substantial real assets across sectors such as energy, technology, real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services.
